Everything was great & we wanted for nothing. Each room had its own individual wall radiator & in the living area there was an A/C unit. This was fabulous as the weather was very cold & rainy as we knew it would be travelling in winter. Nothing

Property was spotlessly clean, appealingly furnished, very well equiped, and had very comfortable beds. Location was fantastic as we could walk to cafes, restaurants, shops and tidal pool. N/A

The house was very clean and has been newly renovated. It was very close walking distance to kingscote town for cafes and restaurants as well as the tidal pool as advertised. The kitchen is well equipped with a decent oven, microwave etc. The rooms are a great size and the second shower/toilet at the back was very helpful (on top of the main bathroom that has the shower/spa bath).
The open plan lounge/kitchen worked great for our family stay and there is a door between there and the bedrooms so our little one could go down and not be disturbed.

Our perfect Kingscote find! Waking up just steps from the tidal pool for morning swims was magical. We walked everywhere—cafes, shops, the wharf—in minutes. The place itself was a bright, peaceful retreat after busy days exploring. You couldnt ask for a better location or a more comfortable home base. Well be back!

Very spacious, comfortable living areas.
Bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds.
Very clean and well presented. Split system didn’t seem very warm on cold nights.
Maybe a box of tissues would be handy.

We liked the location, quiet but close to restaurants and shops. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. There was good communication with the owners.
Really just a lovely place to stay, would recommend . Nothing, couldn’t fault it.

Facility was good and location is centre of the island. Place is quite clean with reasonable size of each room. wifi Internet is great. The curtain is just single layer instead of mesh layer inside. Drive way is better has driveway slop.

Property was wonderful. Had everything we needed and beautifully clean and tidy There are no negatives at all with this property and we will bring family if we get back to the island as there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

The location is perfect & the view from the living room was beautiful. The fireplace with supplied wood was fantastic for us North Qld's who feel the cold. The house is very clean & well looked after inside. Nothing
